University Stationery

University Stationery is one of Penn State’s most formal means of communications and having approved design formats for these items is necessary in order to maintain institution-wide brand consistency.

All university units, including programs, centers, and institutes administratively aligned with Penn State, will use official University stationery that includes letterhead, envelopes and business cards. Stationery is printed on approved paper stock. University stationery may be ordered for department use or by individuals who have received approval from their department. Stationery orders may be placed by those who have an official connection with the University and must be conducting official University business.
 
Electronic letterhead is available and should be used for electronic communications only. Do not print electronic letterhead on office printers to replicate University stationery.
