Wallpapers

The brand wallpapers offer a unique creative opportunity for our lock-ups, elements, and other designs on a canvas that is otherwise free of titles and messaging. Wallpapers are designed to be used as backgrounds and screensavers on personal and University-owned computers, mobile devices, and other digital displays.

Virtual Backgrounds

Virtual backgrounds are available to students, faculty, and staff to help bring the Penn State spirit to virtual meetings and classes. These designs feature our brand tagline, the Nittany Lion mascot and shrine, as well as iconic Penn State imagery from each campus location.

Please do not alter the backgrounds in any way. Please visit the Zoom Help Center for usage instructions. To ensure backgrounds display properly, uncheck the “mirror my video” option in your Zoom virtual background settings.

Creative Brief

The creative brief is a resource designed to help communicators, creatives, project managers, and project requestors identify and agree on the most important aspects of a creative need. The brief is intended to act as a collaborative framework from project initiation to execution—a “source of truth” to help focus goals and strategies while minimizing miscommunication.
